How it works

From quote to root access in three steps.

Renting the whole server takes one conversation, one standard agreement and a short preparation on our side. This page walks through every step: what we need from you, what we do, how long it takes and what happens after handover.

01 · The three steps

One conversation, one agreement, one handover.

STEP 01 · QUOTE

Tell us what you want to run

Send us the workload, the term and the preferred start date through the form, by email, by phone or on WhatsApp. We check availability for your dates and reply with a fixed monthly price.

You
Workload, term and start date
We
Availability check and a written quote
Time
Usually within one business day
STEP 02 · AGREE

Sign one standard agreement

A Master Services Agreement with the SLA, the acceptable use policy and data processing terms under Article 28 of the GDPR. It is signed electronically, and the first month is paid in advance by bank transfer.

You
Company details, signature and the first payment
We
The agreement and the first invoice
Billing
Monthly in advance, by bank transfer
STEP 03 · OPERATE

Get root access and start

We do a clean install and full hardware diagnostics, add your SSH keys and give you BMC access. From then on, we monitor the hardware around the clock and you run your workloads.

You
SSH public keys and your choice of operating system
We
Clean install, diagnostics and handover
Time
Typically 5 business days after signing and payment

The handover time is subject to availability. The quote tells you when the server is free for your term.

02 · Before you start

What we need from you.

Having these ready shortens the time from the first message to root access. If something is not decided yet, tell us anyway and we will work it out together.

  • The workload. For example LLM inference, training or fine-tuning, generative media, rendering or simulation, or reselling the capacity to your own customers.
  • The term and the start date. Terms are flexible, and longer commitments get better rates.
  • Your SSH public keys. We add them during the install, so you can log in as soon as the server is handed over.
  • The operating system. By default we deliver Ubuntu Server 24.04 LTS with NVIDIA drivers. You can also install your own system from an ISO through the BMC virtual media.
  • Network access. The firewall on the server is yours to manage. If you need ports opened at the network level, tell us which ones.
  • Company details. For the agreement and the monthly invoices.
  • If you resell the capacity. Your terms with your customers need to include the same acceptable use and export control rules as ours.
03 · Handover

What you get on day one.

The whole machine is yours for the term. No other customers share it, its GPUs, its memory or its drives.

Access
Full root on the bare-metal server, plus BMC access: remote console, virtual media and power control

CPUs and memory
2x AMD EPYC 9754 with 256 cores and 512 threads, 1.5 TB DDR5-4800 ECC
Storage
2x 4 TB Samsung 990 PRO NVMe, in RAID 1 or your own layout
Network
10 GbE interface on a dedicated 1 Gbps uplink with no traffic charges, and a dedicated static public IPv4 address
Software
Ubuntu Server 24.04 LTS with NVIDIA drivers, or your own operating system
Location
Neterra SDC Stolnik, near Sofia, Bulgaria, inside the EU

04 · During the term

We look after the hardware. You run the workloads.

24/7 MONITORING

We watch power, temperatures, fans and hardware events through the BMC. We have no accounts on your operating system and never monitor through your data.

CRITICAL INCIDENTS

If the server is down or unreachable, we respond within 4 hours, around the clock. You get a direct phone line that is answered 24/7.

FAILED GPU OR PART

Open a ticket and share the relevant logs. Once the fault is confirmed, the replacement starts within one business day, and you receive a pro-rata credit until it is done.

PLANNED MAINTENANCE

We announce planned maintenance 5 days in advance. Availability is covered by a 99.5% monthly SLA with service credits, described on the SLA page.

05 · End of the term

A clean finish.

When the term ends, the drives are purged following NIST SP 800-88 before the server is used again. Failed drives never leave the data centre. If you want to continue, ask us for a quote for the next term, and longer commitments get better rates.

YOUR DATA

We never log in to your operating system. The remote console is used only at your request or to restore an unresponsive server, and we always tell you when we do.

06 · Questions

About getting started.

More answers on the FAQ page.

How soon can we start?
Typically within 5 business days after signing and the first payment, subject to availability. We use that time for a clean install and full hardware diagnostics.
Is there a minimum term?
Terms are flexible, and longer commitments get better rates. Tell us your plans and we will suggest the options that fit.
Can we install our own operating system?
Yes. Mount your ISO through the BMC virtual media and install what you need. By default we deliver Ubuntu Server 24.04 LTS with NVIDIA drivers. Network boot (PXE) is not available, so virtual media is the recommended route.
Can we change BIOS settings?
Yes, through the remote console. For example, you can enable AMD SEV-SNP yourself, or we can do it before handover. We only ask you to leave the fan and cooling profile unchanged, as it protects the GPUs under full load.
What happens if a GPU fails?
Open a ticket and share the relevant logs. Once the fault is confirmed, we start the replacement within one business day. Until the GPU is replaced, you receive a pro-rata credit for it.
How do we reach you?
By email at [email protected], or by phone or WhatsApp at +359 882 490 689, at any time. For critical incidents you get a direct phone line that is answered around the clock.
