Our commitments, in writing.
The Service Level Agreement covers the whole server, including its hardware, not just power and network. If availability falls short, the credit is applied automatically. This page summarises what the SLA and the agreement commit us to.
FROM $1.70 PER GPU-HOURPOWER, COOLING, INTERNET AND RACK INCLUDED+359 882 490 689WHATSAPP, ANY TIME
99.5% a month, for the whole server.
The commitment covers the machine itself, including its GPUs and other hardware, not only the power and the network around it. In a 30-day month, 99.5% allows for about 3.6 hours of downtime.
SERVICE CREDIT ON THE MONTHLY FEE, APPLIED AUTOMATICALLY
You do not need to claim the credit. If monthly availability falls below a threshold, the matching percentage of the monthly fee is credited.
What happens when something breaks.
| Event | Our commitment |
|---|---|
| Critical incident: the server is down or unreachable | Response within 4 hours, 24/7, on a direct phone line that is answered around the clock |
| GPU or part failure | Replacement starts within one business day (8 business hours) of confirming the fault, with a pro-rata credit until it is done |
| Planned maintenance | Announced 5 days in advance |
| Reboots and reinstalls | No fees |
For a failed GPU or part, open a ticket and share the relevant logs. Once the fault is confirmed, we start the replacement. Until the GPU is replaced, you receive a pro-rata credit for it.

Single tenant, and no access to your system.
No other customers share the machine, its GPUs, its memory or its drives.
We have no accounts on your operating system. Hardware is monitored through the BMC, never through your data. We use the remote console only at your request or to restore an unresponsive server, and we always tell you when we do.
The firewall on the server is yours to manage. We open ports at the network level only on your request.
AMD SEV-SNP is supported by the CPUs and the BIOS. A TPM 2.0 module can be fitted on request before handover. Intel TDX is not available on this AMD platform.
Drives are purged following NIST SP 800-88 when the term ends. Failed drives never leave the data centre.
Data processing terms under Article 28 of the GDPR are part of the agreement, governed by Bulgarian and EU law. The server is in Bulgaria, inside the EU.
Clear rules that resellers can pass on.
The acceptable use policy follows EU sanctions and export controls. GPU clouds and resellers are welcome: we only ask that your terms with your customers include the same acceptable use and export control rules as ours.
